Do I need prior CAD knowledge to use Nidus?
Advanced CAD knowledge is not necessary to use Nidus, but some familiarity with CAD software is advisable.

Yes, designs created in Nidus can be exported to DWG, DXF, and 3DM formats. The option to export to BIM format is currently being implemented.
